Vigil Mechanism / Whistle Blower Policy |
Hindusthan Speciality Chemicals Limited has adopted a Vigil Mechanism in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, to enable Directors and Employees to report genuine concerns relating to unethical conduct, fraud, or violation of Company policies. The mechanism provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting such concerns.
The framework aims to ensure protection against victimization and provides appropriate access for escalation of concerns, wherever required. Disclosures are expected to be made in good faith and with adequate details. Reported concerns may be examined in a fair, impartial, and timely manner, while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding against retaliation. Any misuse of the mechanism through false or malicious complaints may invite appropriate action.
